Not a poster in a break room. These are the arguments we have already had with ourselves, written down so you can hold us to them.
If we cannot explain something without jargon, we do not understand it well enough yet. Being right and being incomprehensible is not being right.
Documentation, accounts and licences in your business name, not ours. Leaving us should be a decision you make, never a negotiation you have to win.
We would rather tell you about the drive that is failing than the one that failed. Nobody enjoys that call, and it is a great deal cheaper than the other one.
Anybody can bill hours after a fire. We are paid to make the quiet months quiet, which means most of our best work is invisible to you by design.
Reports you can check, restores you can watch happen, and a monthly number you are welcome to question. Trust that cannot be inspected is just marketing.
